Carter Property is a specialist property valuation and consulting group that provides a dedicated and individual service to a wide variety of private, government and institutional clients across all property sectors.
Besides property valuation and consultancy, we also provide specialised services in property sales, leasing, and advisory.
Whilst we specialise in South Australian property, the combined experience of our Directors spans in excess of 40 years operating Australia wide and as far afield as New Zealand. Our expertise in a number of specialised property sectors including retail, commercial, property acquisition, development (residential and commercial) and leasing advisory services allows us to assist our clients with solutions for any property opportunity.
Carter Property also provides property management for commercial, retail and industrial properties. We currently have a number of properties available for purchase or lease, and we are actively seeking investment properties and development opportunities for a selected number of our clients. We undertake due diligence assessments of properties for potential purchasers and we are often called in for dispute resolution regarding property matters.
Our Principals
Our Principals are Chris and Nick Carter who are practicing Valuers and registered Real Estate Managers with a combined experience exceeding 40 years in a wide variety of industry sectors operating throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Whilst our Principals share core land economy training along with property development experience, they have otherwise developed different yet complimentary areas of specialisation. Chris’ skills, gained through many years working with major developers and leading commercial agencies, are well matched to Nick’s extensive corporate real estate experience, particularly in the area of national retail chains and major institutions.
